WHEN WORK FEELS LIKE FAMILY
Last week, we said goodbye to one of our teachers.
She has been part of The Ark Trust (Napastaa Children’s Home) family for some time, teaching at our Community Model School.
As she left, we gave her a very emotional send-off, full of love, hugs, and kind words.
It showed something very special about The Ark Trust (Napastaa Children’s Home). This is not just a place to work—it is a place where people feel safe, valued, and part of a family.
As a teacher, she did more than just teach lessons. She helped children from difficult backgrounds learn, grow, and believe in themselves. She gave them hope and care every day.
Even though she has left, her impact is still here. It lives in the children she taught and the lives she changed.
At The Ark Trust (Napastaa Children’s Home), we don’t just work together—we care for each other like family.
We wish her all the best in her next journey, and we will always be grateful for her.
